2. Exchange Policy

3. Return and Exchange Process

   ●Send back the item: Send the item back to the address we provide. Please keep the mailing receipt for future reference.
   ●Process a refund or exchange: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. If requesting an exchange, the new item will be sent immediately after the return is confirmed.
4. Shipping
